CSA Lead/ Project Manager | Skellefteå, Sweden | Hyperscale Data Centre | Swedish Language Must Have 🇸🇪

We are supporting a leading international data centre contractor in the search for an experienced CSA Project Manager to join one of Europe's most exciting hyperscale data centre developments in Skellefteå, Sweden.

With AI infrastructure driving unprecedented investment across the Nordics, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role on a flagship mission-critical project from construction through to commissioning.

The Role

You'll lead the successful delivery of all Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) works, working alongside senior project leadership to ensure the project is delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead all CSA activities from design through to completion

✔ Manage programme, budgets, resources and project performance

✔ Coordinate with the client, design teams and project management

✔ Champion Health & Safety and quality across site

✔ Work closely with MEP and Commissioning teams to ensure seamless project delivery

About You

✅ Degree qualified in Construction, Civil, Structural Engineering or similar

✅ Proven experience delivering CSA packages on Data Centre, mission-critical or large industrial projects

✅ Strong understanding of construction sequencing and multidisciplinary coordination

✅ Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
