Business Analyst - Automotive

WeQuel is looking for a Business Analyst – Program & Financial Analytics

We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst for assignments within the automotive industry. You will work embedded in large-scale transformation programs, providing analytical insights that support strategic decision-making at program and management level.

This is a role for someone who is comfortable working with both numbers and people – translating complex data into clear, actionable reporting for senior stakeholders in a demanding industrial environment.

We are looking for candidates with experience in one or more of the following:

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, program analytics, or financial analytics
• Developing dashboards, KPI frameworks, and management reporting models
• Analyzing cost structures, operational performance, and program delivery data
• Monitoring performance against targets and identifying risks or deviations
• Working in large transformation programs within automotive or manufacturing
• Presenting data-driven insights to senior stakeholders and leadership teams
• Proficiency in Power BI or equivalent BI tools
  
  

Meritorious:

• Experience from the automotive industry or other regulated manufacturing environments
• Background in financial planning, budgeting, or program controlling
• Experience working in cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams
  
  

Location: Södertälje

Language requirements: Fluent English required, Swedish is a merit
