We are looking for an “IT Software Expert” to join our team at the HUGO BOSS İzmir factory.

What you can expect:

• Analyze complex business and software requirements, collaborate closely with stakeholders, and design scalable, maintainable architectural solutions.
• Manage and drive the end-to-end (Full-Stack) software development, testing, and deployment processes.
• Actively follow modern software technologies and take a leading role in evaluating and implementing these technologies into our existing systems.
• Contribute to core development processes with a collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
• Drive platform modernization and help evolve our architecture.
• Identify opportunities to reduce technical debt and improve delivery efficiency.
• Take ownership of features from concept through production.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and knowledge assets.
  
  
  

Your profile:

Required Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong software development experience in .NET or other modern programming ecosystems (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript), with a solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
• Experience with software architecture principles, architectural patterns, and RESTful API design.
• Strong experience with modern front-end development frameworks, particularly Angular (latest versions) and TypeScript.
• Advanced knowledge of relational database design, query optimization, and performance tuning (preferably Oracle PL/SQL).
• Experience modernizing legacy systems and improving existing platforms
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and clear communication skills.
• Interest in and practical exposure to AI-assisted software development, developer productivity tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot), or AI-powered applications.
• Proficient in English.
  
  
  

Nice To Have:

• Exposure to modern data platforms, including Azure Data Lake, Azure Databricks, or comparable cloud-based data engineering and analytics technologies.
• Experience designing and developing cloud-native applications is a plus.
