BİM Birleşik Mağazalar A.Ş., which began operations in 1995 with 21 stores, is today the company with the highest market share in Turkey's organized retail sector.
BİM's core principle is delivering essential food and consumer goods to customers at the highest quality and most competitive prices. As the first representative of the hard-discount model in Turkey, BİM offers a product range of approximately 900 items — the majority of which are its own private-label brands — through its retail stores operating across the country. In addition, BİM launched an online shopping service for non-food products via the BİM MARKET mobile application in late 2021.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This role covers product strategy for search, recommendation systems, personalization, and the experimentation platform. We're looking for a Product Manager who will work closely with data science and engineering teams to drive data-driven product development across the platform.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in e-commerce, technology, or data-driven product companies
- Experience with search & recommendation systems or personalization products
- Experience collaborating with data science and machine learning teams, familiarity with basic ML concepts
- Experience with A/B test design, statistical literacy, and experimentation governance
- SQL and basic data analysis skills; proficiency with reporting tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to engage stakeholders of varied technical backgrounds
- Good command of English (written and verbal)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- You will be the Product Manager for the Data & AI team
- Own the product strategy for search & recommendation systems
- Build the roadmap for personalization products
- Establish and operate the experimentation platform and A/B testing governance
- Work closely with data science teams to develop product analytics capabilities
- Prioritize the roadmap based on business and customer impact, driven by data
- You will manage Agentic AI automation products.
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness of a data-driven culture across the organization
