Human Resources Project Assistant (Fixed Term)

We are looking for a long-term project assistant to join the Human Resources department at Çalık Holding, contributing to a wide range of HR processes from recruitment to development.

Job Description

• Support end-to-end recruitment
• Track open positions across group companies and maintain up-to-date pipeline lists
• Coordinate internship programs, from onboarding new interns to end-of-term follow-ups
• Contribute to Talent and Development Projects
• Prepare presentations and reports for HR projects
• Assist with LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights sourcing and reporting
• Maintain and update HR operational processes and documentation

Qualifications

• Graduated from an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Available to work full time on-site
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with or interest in HR systems (SuccessFactors) or recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter) is a plus
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneous
• Strong communication skills in both Turkish and English, both written and verbal
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-entity corporate environment
• Ability to handle sensitive HR data with confidentiality and discretion
