What You'll Be Doing?

• Define and implement group-wide IT, information systems, cybersecurity, cloud, and AI strategies
• Own the implementation and governance of enterprise systems such as SAP and MES (Manufacturing Execution System)
• Build, develop, and lead high-performing IT teams that enable operational excellence
• Experience within Consumer Goods or Pharma sectors is preferred
• Establish and maintain service management processes at an enterprise standard
• Ensure consistency of IT strategy across domestic operations and international subsidiaries
• Advise senior leadership on technology investments, risk, and digital transformation opportunities
• Manage end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-region projects
• Align IT with organizational goals to foster innovation and scalable solutions

Who We're Looking For?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field
• 15+ years of experience in information technology, including significant time in a leadership/director-level capacity
• Deep knowledge of and hands-on experience with SAP and MES implementations
• Strong vision for cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and AI strategy
• Experience leading IT in multinational / multi-region organizations
• Expertise in service management standards (ITIL certification a plus)
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing, international teams
• Strong executive presence with the ability to align technology strategy with business goals
• Advanced in English
