What Responsibilities Product Manager Takes?

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution across multiple product areas, ensuring solutions deliver measurable business and user value.
• Shape product vision and strategic direction at the organizational level, not just execution within a single product area.
• Mentor and guide product leads and IC-level product managers, helping set standards for product craft across the team.
• Conduct product discovery in close alignment with product design, incorporating user research, customer feedback, data analysis, and market insights.
• Prioritize product initiatives by balancing customer needs, business goals, technical feasibility, and regulatory requirements.
• Define clear product requirements and collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Work with stakeholders across compliance, legal, operations, marketing, and customer support to deliver high-quality products.
• Represent product in executive-level conversations, translating strategy and trade-offs for leadership.
• Analyze product performance using data and metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Explore AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve product workflows and enhance user experiences.
• Contribute to product processes, team collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What BtcTurk | Teknoloji Expects from You?

• 6+ years of product management experience in a technology company, preferably in fintech, crypto, payments, or financial services.
• Experience managing or mentoring other product managers, with direct ownership of a small team of IC-level PMs.
• Experience delivering digital products with backend integrations or complex business workflows.
• Knowledge of financial products, crypto markets, trading platforms, payment systems, or regulatory environments is a strong plus.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience influencing at the executive level.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear product documentation and communicate product decisions.
• Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional product squads.
• Comfortable using data to make product decisions and define success metrics.
• Familiarity with analytics tools, experimentation, and product KPIs.
• Experience using AI tools (such as Claude, GPT, Cursor, etc.) to improve productivity or build AI-enabled product experiences is a plus.
• Passion for cryptocurrency, blockchain technologies, and building products that serve millions of users.
