Project Manager

Join TK Elevator UAE L.L.C as a Project Manager based in our dynamic Dubai office within the DXB PM department. This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and coordinate complex projects that directly contribute to the advancement of our innovative elevator solutions portfolio.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
• Manage project procurement and vendor relationships while ensuring contract compliance and quality standards are met.
• Identify and manage risks and issues while devising contingency plans.
• Track project milestones and deliverables, providing regular reporting to stakeholders and senior management.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget, adhering to regulatory compliance and company policies.
  
  

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction, engineering, or elevator industry is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams.
• Ability to develop detailed project plans and proficient in project management software.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and mitigate project risks.
• Relevant educational background, such as a degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent would be advantageous.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
