Integration Developer - C# / .NET / API / Azure / ERP

Responsibilities:

• We are looking for experienced Integration Developers to join a Corporate IT team working on a large-scale greenfield integration programme. This role offers the opportunity to design, develop, and support enterprise integration solutions connecting business-critical systems across ERP, Finance, HR, and operational platforms.
• You will be involved throughout the full software lifecycle—from solution design and development to deployment, production support, and continuous improvement.
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise integration services and APIs.
• Build integrations between ERP, Finance, HR, and operational systems.
• Develop cloud-native integration solutions using Microsoft Azure services.
• Create and maintain REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven integrations.
• Design integration workflows using Azure Functions, Durable Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.
• Implement data transformation and mapping between multiple business systems.
• Apply integration best practices including:
• Publish/Subscribe messaging
• Retry mechanisms
• Dead-letter queue (DLQ) handling
• Circuit breakers
• Idempotency
• Build secure integrations using Managed Identity, OAuth2 Client Credentials, and Azure Key Vault.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar tools.
• Monitor integration health through logging, tracing, metrics, and alerting.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimise system performance.
• Collaborate with architects, platform teams, vendors, security teams, and business stakeholders.
• Maintain technical documentation, API specifications, architecture diagrams, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
• Take ownership of assigned integrations from development through production support.

Requirements:

• Strong experience developing applications using C# and modern .NET.
• Hands-on experience designing and building enterprise integrations.
• Strong understanding of:
• REST APIs
• JSON
• OpenAPI
• Event-driven architecture
• Experience with Microsoft Azure integration services including:
• Azure Functions
• Durable Functions
• Azure Logic Apps
• Azure Service Bus (Topics, Subscriptions, DLQ, Retry Patterns)
• Azure Storage
• Azure Key Vault
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Familiarity with Git and pull request workflows.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines, preferably using GitHub Actions.
• Strong understanding of application testing, reliability, monitoring, and production support.
• Experience integrating ERP or enterprise business systems is highly preferred.
