Technical Skills

· Oracle CC&B system configuration and administration

· PL/SQL and complex SQL query writing

· BI Publisher reporting

· Batch job scheduling and monitoring

· Database management and optimization

· Integration with Oracle products and third-party systems

Oracle CC&B Expertise:

· Deep knowledge of CC&B modules including Billing, Payments, Credit & Collections, Case Management, Adjustments, Field Activities, and User Access

· Advanced understanding of the V-model architecture (Person, Account, Service Agreement, Premise, Service Point)

· Proficiency in batch processing, algorithms, database queries, and PL/SQL

· BI Publisher Report design and creation

· Web services integration and SMS configuration
