Job Summary -
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced PRO to join our client team in Salalah, Oman. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all government relations activities, employee documentation, recruitment, and day-to-day HR operations while ensuring compliance with Omani labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
PRO Responsibilities
- Process and manage employment visas, labor clearances, residence permits, and renewals.
- Liaise with government departments including the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Municipality, and other authorities.
- Handle company license renewals, permits, registrations, and legal documentation.
- Maintain records of employee visas, labor cards, and other statutory documents.
- Ensure timely renewal of all company and employee-related documents.
- Stay updated on changes in Omani labor and immigration regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as a PRO, HR Executive, or similar role in Oman.
- Prior experience in the footwear manufacturing or recycling industry is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Omani labor laws, visa processing, and government procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Up to OMR 500 per month.
