Work That Matters - What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior ODS Engineer in Product Engineering, you'll design, build and operate APIs, services and data platforms primarily on PHP, MySQL and AWS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing, coding, testing and installing application programs.
  • Conducting design and code reviews.
  • Preparing and maintaining systems and program documentation.
  • Analysis and design of applications and databases.
  • Application enhancement and troubleshooting.
  • Liaising with business analysts.
  • Building secure, high-quality, maintainable applications.
  • Communication with stakeholders.
  • Working across teams to maintain IT systems.
  • Automated testing, SDLC controls and secure coding.
  • Leveraging approved GenAI coding assistants.
  • Experience with LLM-powered capabilities.
  • Collaboration with product owners, QA, cloud and security teams.
  • Rapid resolution of high severity issues.

More About You

  • 5+ years experience in Programming and Applications Design.
  • 5+ years commercial PHP development.
  • React.js development.
  • OO analysis and design skills.
  • Experience with MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server or Postgres.
  • Knowledge of Python, Laravel and CodeIgniter.
  • AWS knowledge.
  • Linux and Nginx knowledge.
  • Selenium, Puppeteer and Playwright experience.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Professional and accountable.
