Role: AI/ML Engineer (IC6 & IC7)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy machine learning solutions that solve real-world business problems. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in supervised machine learning, Python, SQL, and model deployment, with experience across the complete ML lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy machine learning models for regression and classification.
• Perform data preparation, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA).
• Build models using Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, SVM, Decision Trees, and Random Forest.
• Evaluate models using metrics such as RMSE, MAE, AUC-ROC, F1 Score, Precision/Recall, and R².
• Implement model explainability techniques (SHAP, PDP) and monitor model performance in production.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, MLOps, and business teams for end-to-end ML delivery.
• Present insights and mentor junior team members through code reviews and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

• 4–9 years of experience in Data Science/AI/ML.
• Strong Python skills (Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib).
• Experience with SQL and Git.
• Hands-on experience with regression and classification models.
• Strong knowledge of statistics, hypothesis testing, and machine learning concepts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP ML services.
• Knowledge of MLflow, Kubeflow, or Domino Lab.
• Experience with SMOTE, time series forecasting, or survival analysis.
• Domain experience in Financial Services, Insurance, or Healthcare.

Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
