About the Role

The company is seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to join its growing Engineering team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining modern web applications using contemporary front-end and back-end technologies. Working within a cross-functional Agile squad, you will contribute throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from technical discovery and solution design to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has strong experience building production-ready full-stack applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, AWS Serverless, and modern cloud-native development practices. You should be passionate about writing clean, maintainable code, solving complex technical challenges, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using modern technologies.
• Build responsive user interfaces using React, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Develop secure and scalable backend APIs using serverless architecture and cloud-native technologies.
• Design, deploy, and manage cloud solutions using Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or SST.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and Data teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and sprint planning sessions.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.
• Develop and maintain automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Monitor production systems, troubleshoot application issues, and optimize application performance.
• Implement observability, logging, monitoring, and performance optimization strategies.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation processes.
• Mentor team members through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and collaborative problem-solving.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, software engineering trends, and cloud development best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience developing production-ready full-stack applications.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Next.js.
• Experience developing backend APIs using serverless architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and cloud-native application development.
• Experience using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or SST.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed application design.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and software quality best practices.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps workflows.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities within Agile development teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Agile or Scrum software development environments.
• Knowledge of observability, monitoring, logging, and application performance optimization.
• Experience mentoring developers and contributing to engineering best practices.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
• Experience working with scalable SaaS or consumer-facing platforms.
