Senior Project Manager (PMO)

Newly created role for a Senior Project Manager in the advertising space.

We need a true problem solver who can adapt, think on their feet, and use their previous project management experience to drive continual process efficiencies in an ever-changing, fast-moving environment.

Along with leading a growing team of Project Managers / Coordinators, we are looking for someone who isn’t afraid to be hands-on when the Project team needs support.

It is essential you can come from an IT fit-out background, so you can oversee physical installations.

Experience / Skill set needed -

• Drive team to deliver monthly installation targets, understand how individual projects affect the overall portfolio, and exercise judgment when raising issues and risks at the portfolio level.
• Be proactive in identifying, tracking, and removing impediments to installation success.
• Approach risk identification and mitigation accordingly, including establishing contingency plans and initiating corrective action.
• Liaise with project managers, coordinators, other business units, and vendors.
• Manage overall project reporting, handle conflicts/issues, and track progress.
• Present program status updates to Management.
• Maintain strong customer focus while coordinating and collaborating with stakeholders, vendors and resources using effective verbal and written communication.
• Provide leadership to the PMO Team, foster a positive team environment, and provide direction in ambiguous situations.
• Vendor management and ownership of overseas procurement of hardware
• Ownership of PMO training and onboarding
• Previous direct installation project experience
• Team management experience
• Certifications in either Prince 2 or PMBoK
• Exposure to the retail and hospitality sectors, including Centre Management experience, would be highly desirable.
• Ability to read floor plans and technical drawings
• Experience working with digital signage solutions and content management systems.

Working model is 5 days in office.
