Your role & key responsibilities:
- Provide IT support for +- 200 VIP users;
- Troubleshooting on IT HW & SW, incl other SW : SPAM, Phishing;
- Hardware & software upgrades;
- Creation & update of documentation;
- Handle agenda’s, make appointments and perform on-site interventions;
- Manage priorities in accordance with sharp SLAs;
- Participate in migration & roll out projects, deployment of mobile technology;
- Follow-up of equipment orders;
- Provide advice and implementation of specific tools;
- Follow-up of problems and incident from A to Z;
- Mobile device configuration / support (smartphones and tablets);
- Hardware staging / mastering mac OS & Windows software configuration and installation;
- Capacity to handle ultimate confidentiality, in a team of passionate colleagues.
- Provide support for specific events (Live Event, Suppliers Day, ICT Meet ICT, //Studio 2B…);
- Participate in the roll out of specific IT VIP solutions or other projects;
- Participate in the sensibilisation for Cybersecurity.
What do you already bring to the table?
- You hold a bachelor’s degree or have equivalent relevant experience
- You have a strong analytical and solution-oriented mind
- You are an excellent communicator, a team player and customer-centric
- You have a flexible attitude in order to achieve objectives and deadlines
- You have a sense of organization and an eye for detail
- You know MS Windows 1x, Mac OS, MS Office 365 (Onedrive, Teams,..), Microsoft Office (201x), Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft SCCM, HP Service Manager 7, Networking (dot1x, IP, Switching, Routing), Network Connectivity, VPN Checkpoint/AnyConnect, Skype for Business, VMWare Fusion Mac, Kaspersky Antivirus, SAP Sprint ticketing tool, Microsoft Surface Hub, MDM Intune, MDM Jamf, Dameware Mini Remote Control / NT, Remote Desktop, Hyper-V, Android, IOS, Windows Mobile, DNS, Sharepoint, Printers / MFPs
- You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
Working hours : 8 AM till 4:30 PM
Stand-by services : remote support only, from Monday to Sunday every 5 weeks
