Service Designer

At ALTEN Finland, we are looking for a Service Designer with strong UI/UX and Figma expertise to join our team and support the design of impactful digital services. The work can be done remotely, but candidates must be based in Finland. This role is ideal for you if you enjoy working on service design throughout the entire design process.

Main Responsibilities

• Drive service design activities, including research, journey mapping, and workshops
• Turn user, customer, and business needs into seamless service experiences
• Create user flows, wireframes and prototypes
• Design high-quality UI concepts in Figma
• Validate and refine designs through user feedback and testing
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and product teams throughout the design process

We expect you to have

• Experience in service design for digital products and services
• Strong UI/UX design skills
• Advanced Figma expertise
• Solid understanding of user-centered design and design thinking
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills
• Professional-level English skills
