As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and transforming data from multiple business systems into valuable insights that support operational efficiency, innovation, and long-term growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop predictive models, data-driven solutions, and intelligent decision-support tools.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Business Intelligence
- Collect, structure, and analyze data from multiple internal systems and sources
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and consistency across platforms
- Develop KPIs, reports, and dashboards to support business performance monitoring
- Deliver actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making
Predictive Analytics & Machine Learning
- Design, develop, and implement predictive models for business optimization
- Build machine learning solutions to support forecasting, trend analysis, and operational improvements
- Develop data-driven tools that enhance decision-making and business performance
- Apply AI and advanced analytics techniques to solve complex business challenges
Decision Support & Value Creation
- Transform raw data into meaningful operational and strategic insights
- Identify opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency, and performance
- Support planning processes by anticipating future trends and business needs
- Deliver recommendations that drive measurable business value
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Stay current on emerging trends in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Analytics
- Evaluate new technologies, methodologies, and tools for business application
- Identify innovative opportunities to enhance processes, performance, and customer outcomes
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with teams across operations, marketing, engineering, and business functions
- Collaborate with external stakeholders and partners when required
- Communicate technical findings and analytical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Support data-driven decision-making across the organization
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- Proven experience in data analysis, data modeling, and predictive analytics
- Strong proficiency in:
- Python
- R
- SQL
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI
- Hands-on experience working with large-scale datasets and advanced analytics solutions
- Knowledge of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence frameworks
- Strong statistical analysis, forecasting, and modeling expertise
- Experience managing analytical projects from concept through implementation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within transportation, mobility, logistics, or related industries
- Familiarity with transportation systems, scheduling platforms, or operational analytics
- Experience building AI-driven decision-support solutions
- Knowledge of predictive maintenance and operational forecasting models
