The Role

  • Develop and enhance backend systems and APIs.
  • Design and implement robust interfaces and data models.
  • Structure and improve existing codebases.
  • Actively participate in code reviews for technical exchange.
  • Make and classify technical decisions within projects.
  • Contribute to the advancement of quality, maintainability, and teamwork.
  • Develop automated tests and sustainable development standards.

What You'll Need

  • Completed degree in computer science or comparable qualification.
  • Make sound decisions, even when not all information is available.
  • Solid technical foundation and practical experience in backend development.
  • Structured, diligent, and pragmatic work approach.
  • Ability to question existing solutions and seek sustainable improvements.
  • Appreciation for functional, type-safe, and maintainable software solutions.
  • Good sense of how technical decisions impact long-term maintainability, extensibility, and team productivity.
  • Interest in professional development and learning new things.
