We're partnering with an innovative technology company in the Munich area that's developing cutting-edge Enterprise XR software for industrial and commercial applications.

This isn't a gaming role. We're looking for experienced Software Engineers who use Unity as an engineering platform to build scalable, high-quality software that delivers real business value.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain high-quality software using Unity, C# and .NET
• Build scalable Enterprise XR applications with a strong focus on software quality and maintainability
• Design robust software architectures for long-term product development
• Develop multi-user and networked XR solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver innovative features
• Take ownership of technical decisions and contribute to architectural discussions
• Continuously improve application performance, scalability and code quality

Your Profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong commercial experience with Unity
• Excellent C# programming skills
• Deep knowledge of the .NET ecosystem
• Strong software engineering background beyond Unity scripting
• Experience designing clean, scalable software architectures
• Experience developing multi-user or networked applications
• Good understanding of XR technologies (AR, VR, MR)
• Passion for building robust software products rather than game mechanics
• Fluent English communication skills
• Happy to work primarily on-site in the Munich area

Nice to Have

• Enterprise XR project experience
• Backend or distributed systems experience
• Experience with cloud-connected or real-time applications
• Understanding of software architecture patterns and system design
