Our client, a leading public sector organisation, is looking for a motivated HR Generalist to join their team of 6. The role will report to the HR Manager with a dotted line to CPO. The ideal candidate will be a generalist at heart with a background in HR systems, analysing data and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Employee Relations Manager and Chief People Officer in strengthening the general HR function in line with positive culture and core values
- Own continuous improvement of HR technologies, processes, and data workflows
- Lead and support HRIS projects, produce and analysing reports, metrics and dashboards to support decision making
- Participate in end-to-end recruitment & selection campaigns
Key Skills:
- Minimum 3 years’ in a HR focused role within a relevant sector/environment (public sector/semi state/professional services)
- Certificate in HR or equivalent is an advantage
- Demonstrated ability of working within a HR team to support core activities (recruitment, policy, performance, L&D)
- Generalist at heart with a focus on systems, data and reporting technique
