Product Designer

We're looking for an experienced Product Experience Designer to join our multidisciplinary team in Milan. If you have a strong industrial design portfolio, a passion for innovation, and the ability to balance visionary thinking with pragmatic execution, we'd love to hear from you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead advanced, research-driven product experience design projects;
• Prototype innovative experiences for consumer electronic appliances;
• Explore emerging materials, manufacturing technologies, and interaction solutions;
• Scout new technologies and build relationships with suppliers across Europe and Asia;
• Define cross-category product experience strategies and design guidelines;
• Develop functional prototypes integrating new materials and interactive technologies;
• Collaborate with researchers, product planners, hardware and software engineers, model makers, and external design agencies.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Product Design, UX Design, Material Design, or a related field;
• 5+ years of experience in product design within leading consumer electronics, mobility, or home-related companies;
• Outstanding portfolio demonstrating successful products from concept to market;
• Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, prototyping, and model making;
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Rhinoceros, KeyShot, and Figma;
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams within international organizations;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a hands-on and innovative mindset;
• Fluent English is required; Italian is a plus;
• Willingness to travel across Europe and Asia; valid driving licence required.
