Perfection Media is a fast-growing e-commerce agency specializing in Shopify store development, optimization, and digital marketing solutions. With over 200 successful Shopify stores delivered, our project portfolio continues to expand—creating an exciting opportunity for a motivated Project Manager Assistant to join our team.

Your Key Responsibilities

 • Provide day-to-day operational support to the Project Manager

 • Communicate with existing clients via WhatsApp, email, and phone

 • Participate in client meetings and discussions

 • Present project progress updates to clients

 • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and overall execution

What We’re Looking For

 • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently

 • High level of motivation and eagerness to grow professionally

 • Solid computer literacy and digital skills

 • Excellent communication skills

 • Fluency in both English and Latvian (Latvian at minimum C1 level required)
