Senior Animator (World of Tanks Console)

Job Overview

Wargaming is looking for a talented Senior Animator to join the World of Tanks Modern Armor team. In this role you will take ownership of creating and implementing high-quality character animations, working across the full animation pipeline from rigging and mocap data to in-engine integration.

Reports to

Art Director

What will you do?

• Create character animations for the game
• Work with Mocap data
• Rig characters and props
• Integrate your work into the game engine
• Work with Art Director, Producer, Animators to achieve the best results
• Be proactive, participate in team discussions, evaluate your work

What are we looking for?

• Proven keyframe animation experience in the gaming industry
• Portfolio of your work displaying your abilities as an animator
• Basic skills in character rigging
• Knowledge of principles of animations (timing, spacing, staging etc.) and good understanding in how to use it with stylized or realistic animations
• Good motivation, being a team player and having a problem solving mindset

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Ability to collaborate with outsourcing partners, review animation quality, and provide clear feedback
• Genuine passion for animation and bringing characters to life
• Strong motivation, curiosity, and willingness to continue growing as an animator

Work mode

• Hybrid (2-3 days of work from the office)
• This role isn't eligible for relocation & immigration support

The salary range for this role in Vilnius is EUR 3000-5500 monthly gross.
