Lead Dotnet Developer

We are seeking an experienced .NET Lead Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Microservices, and Azure technologies. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, drive development best practices, ensure high-quality code delivery, and support application deployments across cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications using .NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET MVC.
• Design, develop, and support RESTful APIs and Microservices-based architectures.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams on coding standards, architecture, and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure coding quality, and promote adherence to SOLID principles and design patterns.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Optimize application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC.
• Create and execute unit test cases and support automated testing initiatives.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production incidents using structured problem-solving techniques.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support cloud deployments and infrastructure automation activities on Microsoft Azure.

Required Technical Skills

• 12+ years of experience in .NET application development.
• Strong expertise in:
• .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
• C#
• ASP.NET MVC
• Web APIs / REST Services
• Microservices Architecture
• Hands-on experience with:
• Azure DevOps
• GitHub Actions
• CI/CD Pipeline implementation and maintenance
• Strong database knowledge in:
• SQL Server and/or Oracle
• Experience with:
• Git and version control workflows
• Unit Testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, MSTest)
• SOLID Design Principles and Design Patterns
• Knowledge of:
• PowerShell scripting
• Bicep (Infrastructure as Code)
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Azure services such as:
• Azure App Services
• Azure Virtual Machines (VM)
• Azure Storage
• Azure SQL Database
• Exposure to monitoring and observability tools:
• Splunk
• New Relic
• Elastic Stack
• Azure certifications (AZ-204, AZ-305, etc.) are a plus.
• Experience in Telecom domain, eCommerce
