Junior Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Project Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for leading IT projects from planning through execution, ensuring successful delivery while maintaining alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget expectations.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients, coordinating resources, managing risks, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Around 2 years of experience as a Project Manager within an IT environment.
• Experience planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects throughout their lifecycle.
• Ability to define project schedules, allocate resources, and track project progress effectively.
• Experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and resolving issues proactively.
• Ability to manage project scope, documentation, and cost tracking to support project profitability and successful delivery.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
• A continuous improvement mindset with a strong focus on efficiency and results.
• Project Management certifications (such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications) are considered a plus.
• Advanced level of Portuguese.
• Professional proficiency in English.
