Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced IoT Engineering Manager to lead the technical development of our next-generation IoT solutions for intelligent water monitoring systems. You will oversee the complete product lifecycle from concept and hardware design through embedded software development, testing, certification, and mass production while leading a multidisciplinary engineering team and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the IoT engineering team, providing technical guidance and project coordination.
  • Manage the full IoT product lifecycle, from prototyping to production and deployment.
  • Design and oversee embedded hardware and firmware solutions, including PCB architecture, microcontrollers, and optical sensors.
  • Develop and optimize embedded software using C/C++ and Linux-based environments.
  • Integrate industrial and wireless communication protocols, including UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Modbus, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, LTE/4G/5G, and GSM.
  • Coordinate with PCB manufacturers, suppliers, certification bodies, and external laboratories.
  • Lead product certification activities, including CE, EMC, RED, RoHS, ATEX, and embedded cybersecurity compliance.
  • Define testing, validation, quality assurance, and reliability procedures.
  • Oversee technical documentation, production support, and remote troubleshooting for deployed systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Embedded Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in IoT engineering, embedded systems, or hardware/firmware development, including technical leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong expertise in embedded C/C++, Linux Kernel, Yocto SDK, and cross-compilation.
  • Experience designing electronic schematics and PCBs using Altium, Eagle, KiCad, or similar tools.
  • Hands-on knowledge of embedded electronics, industrial sensors, and hardware debugging.
  • Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols and wireless connectivity technologies.
  • Experience preparing technical documentation and supporting product certifications (CE, EMC, RED, RoHS, ATEX).
  • Knowledge of embedded cybersecurity best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • English (B2 level or above).
