Artificial Intelligence Engineer

The Role

We are seeking a motivated AI Agent Developer with 1–3+ years of experience in Power Platform and agent development. You will work independently to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, driving deliverables from concept to implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Agent Development: Build enterprise AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, defining conversational flows, orchestration logic, and routing mechanisms.
• Integration & Data: Design Dataverse-based decision models for automated triaging and integrate agents with ServiceNow, SharePoint, and external APIs.
• Architecture: Construct multi-agent architectures combining orchestrators and specialized agents.
• Collaboration: Support the team in refining AI use cases, optimizing performance, ensuring secure design, and delivering documentation.

Requirements

• 1–3+ Years Experience: Proven hands-on background with Power Platform and Copilot Studio (or similar conversational platforms).
• Technical Skills: Strong Dataverse data-modelling capabilities and enterprise system integration experience.
• Soft Skills: Strong stakeholder management, a collaborative mindset, and ability to work independently.
• Languages: Bi-lingual fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
