We are recruiting a Talent Coordinator to support Talent Acquisition activities across the EMEA region. The role involves coordination of interviews, administration of offers and contracts, and collaboration with global teams to ensure an accurate and efficient hiring process.
Contract: 1‑year fixed-term
Location: Bucharest (hybrid)
Key Responsibilities
- Interview coordination across multiple EMEA countries (remote, onsite, panel formats)
- Offer and contract administration – approximately 70% of the workload
- Pre‑employment support including medical checks and background verification
- Workday data accuracy and preparation of new hire documentation
- Collaboration with global teams, including India and EMEA Talent Partners
- Process improvement and identification of opportunities to streamline workflows
- Occasional involvement in university programs and Talent Operations initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Customer service mindset and clear, calm communication
- Proactive approach in managing scheduling changes or unexpected situations
- Ability to work under pressure and handle shifting priorities
- Work ethic and reliability
- Experience in:
- Talent Coordination / HR Operations / Recruitment Support
- Customer Service, SSC, BPO, or Operations roles with transferable skills
- Experience with EMEA processes is an advantage
- Workday knowledge is a plus, not mandatory
Salary range: 5000-5500 RON net.
