We are looking for an experienced Chief Project Manager (CPM) to lead the delivery of a large-scale IT services contract. As the primary customer-facing delivery leader, you will be responsible for ensuring successful project execution, operational stability, service governance, and customer satisfaction. You will coordinate project delivery and operational services, manage senior stakeholders, oversee service transitions, and ensure contractual commitments are consistently met.
This is a full-time, dedicated role requiring regular on-site presence in Brussels.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT services, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and contractual commitments.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer delivery governance, executive reporting, and service performance.
- Establish and maintain effective governance, including reporting, decision management, risk tracking, and escalations.
- Oversee delivery performance across projects and operational services, ensuring quality, operational excellence, and proactive risk management.
- Coordinate Build-to-Run transitions, ensuring operational readiness through documentation, knowledge transfer, service validation, and support readiness.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL service management processes and drive continuous service improvement.
- Lead governance for service transitions, acceptance activities, and production readiness.
- Provide leadership during major incidents and coordinate resolution across internal teams, partners, and suppliers.
- Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders, delivery teams, and vendors to ensure successful collaboration.
- Oversee resource planning, capacity management, vendor coordination, and support financial planning and forecasting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years' experience managing complex IT projects, programmes, or portfolios.
- At least 5 years in a senior IT delivery leadership role with customer-facing governance responsibilities.
- Experience delivering services in high-availability, SLA-driven environments and managing multi-supplier delivery teams.
- Strong knowledge of IT delivery governance, ITIL, enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, and Build-to-Run transitions.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, MSP, ITIL, or SAFe are highly desirable.
