Requirements

  • Several years of experience as a Business Analyst in large ERP programs.
  • Experience in ERP transformations and complex requirements management.
  • Strong expertise in process design and workshop facilitation.
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
  • Experience in a lead or coordinating Business Analyst role.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or retail.
  • Experience with Infor M3.
  • Experience working on programs involving multiple suppliers.
  • Structured, analytical, and driven, with strong collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working in complex environments and building consensus between business and IT.
