“C-VIP Procurement Executive” to join us at the “meeting point” of the world.

Your Journey Begins With a Unique Role ✈️

• Seize the unique opportunity to work with Jetex, a leading global brand in elite aviation and luxury hospitality,
• Conduct market and price research for premium products and luxury hospitality trends,
• Perform detailed price and cost comparisons among suppliers to ensure elite quality and cost-efficiency,
• Procure premium materials and services under the best commercial conditions,
• Lead high-level commercial negotiations with top-tier suppliers,
• Identify terminal needs, open Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and finalize purchasing operations,
• Prepare annual agreements and take an active role in contract management,
• Manage supplier updates in SAP, input proposals, and create purchase orders (POs),
• Control warehouse entries for incoming shipments and verify the compliance of invoice data,
• Secure completion approvals for all service and product procurements.

• Bachelor’s degree from Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields,
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management,
• Hands-on proficiency and strong command of SAP, M-Files, and Microsoft Dynamics AX systems,
• Advanced knowledge and effective usage of MS Office programs,
• Professional and excellent command of both written and spoken English,
• Highly communicative, collaborative, and enthusiastic about developing sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders,
• Continuous learning mindset, focused on developing personal and team competencies and knowledge within the scope of duties,
• Result-oriented approach with the ability to take initiative and make effective decisions under pressure.
