People & Culture Specialist

At Normod, we're redesigning how people discover, buy, and experience furniture. 🏡 Furniture is still one of the most traditional and offline focused industries. Normod exists to change that. We started by redefining one category with a digital first, customer experience led approach, and our next chapter is expanding this experience into the entire home.

We're now looking for a People & Culture Specialist who will help us build the culture and team that makes this next chapter possible.

What You'll do

• You will take ownership of day-to-day operational HR processes, ensuring things run smoothly and reliably.
• You will take an active role in hiring processes end to end, from sourcing to offer.
• You will actively contribute to Normod's employer brand, helping us tell our story to future talent and strengthen how the company is perceived in the market.
• You will design and run employee engagement initiatives — from happy hours to culture-building activities — that strengthen the sense of belonging across teams.
• You will build and manage university partnerships, creating a strong talent pipeline for Normod's future hiring needs.
• You will support the Head of HR on key people processes such as 360 feedback and performance management.

• Skilled at benchmarking and following People & Culture trends across other companies, bringing fresh, relevant ideas to Normod.
