Your main responsibilitie

• s:Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies to foster efficient teamwork and continuous improvemen
• t.Identify and eliminate blockers to support the team’s productivity and progres
• s.Collaborate with Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders to align efforts and deliver valuable product increment
• s.Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles, best practices, and Scrum/SAFe framework
• s.Shield the team from external disruptions, enabling focus and high-quality deliverables during sprint
• s.Monitor and coordinate the work schedule within the broader scope of the Data Center Migration projec
• t.Support risk management by identifying potential issues and defining mitigation strategie
• s.Ensure thorough documentation of work in Jira, supporting visibility and management reportin
• g.Collaborate with Release and Project Managers to define deployment timelines and coordinate release activitie
• s.Maintain and develop Agile, SAFe standards, tools, and practices organization-wide for efficient software developmen
