Temporary Project Manager – Sales Enablement, EMEA
Location: Poland, Krakow - Hybrid (2 days a week in the office)
Duration: 8/3/2026 - 8/3/2027
Role Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Temporary Project Manager to support the execution of key sales enablement initiatives across EMEA for our client for the next 12 months.
The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to coordinate the execution of sales enablement initiatives across the Region, tracking execution milestones, ensuring stakeholder alignment and timely delivery of enablement activities across multiple Countries and Teams.
This role is ideal for someone with strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in a fast-paced, international business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support comprehensive cohort planning and manage complex class scheduling to ensure alignment with execution goals.
- Oversee attendee registration, maintain accurate tracking systems, and manage all logistics, including facility requirements.
- Track progress against agreed plans and ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, ensuring clear agendas, decisions, and next steps.
- Manage project documentation, status reports, meeting notes, and action logs.
- Identify execution risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, escalating issues where appropriate.
- Ensure consistency of execution across EMEA markets while allowing for local business needs.
- Help measure initiative progress and impact through defined KPIs and reporting.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of enablement processes, templates, and governance.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within sales operations, sales enablement, business operations, marketing operations, or a similar role.
- Experience coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders, teams, or countries.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment, while keeping focus on project milestones and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up effectively.
- Good understanding of sales enablement planning & execution.
- Comfortable working in a matrixed, international organization.
- Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools, and data tracking platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Airtable, Asana or equivalent).
