Senior Data Scientist – Advanced Analytics

About the Role

We are recruiting a seasoned analytics professional who goes beyond conventional data science — someone who brings a strategic, consultative mindset alongside deep technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end advanced analytics solutions across risk, prescriptive, and behavioral modeling domains
• Bridge the gap between business strategy and analytical execution, working closely with commercial stakeholders to frame problems and define success metrics
• Evolve rule-based decision frameworks into intelligent, data-driven systems that adapt and improve over time
• Develop customer intelligence capabilities including risk profiling, behavioral segmentation, and lifecycle modeling
• Incorporate diverse internal and external data signals to build a holistic view of customer and portfolio dynamics
• Champion model transparency and explainability, ensuring outputs drive confident decision-making at all levels of the organization
• Support the build-out of scalable analytics infrastructure and contribute to best practices in model governance and deployment

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics or data science, ideally within a client-facing, consulting, or enterprise environment
• A profile that blends technical depth with business acumen — you are as comfortable in a boardroom as you are in a notebook
• Demonstrated experience across the full analytics spectrum: descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive
• Strong ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into well-structured analytical problems
• Proficiency in machine learning across supervised, unsupervised, and recommendation-oriented problem types
• Experience working with heterogeneous, real-world datasets and navigating the complexity that comes with them
• Proven track record of stakeholder engagement and communicating analytical findings to senior, non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with MLOps principles and production-grade model delivery

Nice to Have

• Prior exposure to asset management, real estate, or B2B portfolio environments
• Experience with churn modeling, survival analysis, or customer lifetime value frameworks
• Comfort working with external macroeconomic or market-level data as analytical inputs
