UX Designer

Our FI client is looking for a UX/Product Designer to create intuitive, user-centered experiences for financial products across web and mobile platforms.

The ideal candidate will simplify complex financial concepts through thoughtful design and collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless customer experiences.

This role is 100% remote, 40 hours per week, 9-5 EST.

Rate range is $65-75 per hour, t4.

Responsibilities:

• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Improve usability and accessibility based on user feedback and analytics.
• Contribute to design systems and UX best practices.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work.
• Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools.
• Experience with user research, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
