Scrum Master

Job Title: Scrum Master

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Duration: 06 Months of contract with possible extension

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate daily Scrum/stand-up meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor testing progress, coordinate test cycles, and manage defect triage processes across multiple teams.
• Maintain detailed project plans and ensure alignment across workstreams.
• Identify project blockers early and drive resolution across teams.
• Produce executive-level status reports and detailed operational reports for delivery teams.
• Maintain high-quality project documentation and audit trails.
• Coordinate and manage stakeholders across large, distributed teams of approximately 60 participants.

Required Experience:

Proven experience as part of the core project management team on large, multi-year system integration programs involving:

• 25+ downstream systems
• 50+ resources
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery practices.

Required Skills & Tools:

• Advanced proficiency in MS Project for maintaining integrated project plans, including dependencies, critical path, and milestones.
• Advanced working knowledge of JIRA for backlog management, workflow tracking, dashboards, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Confluence for documentation, knowledge sharing, and maintaining project artifacts.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis, tracking logs, and reporting.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for executive communications and status reporting.
• Experience managing RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), including tracking, escalation, and resolution.
