Our challenge

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with strong experience in cloud platforms, CI/CD automation, infrastructure as code, containerization, and monitoring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure while enabling efficient software delivery through DevOps best practices.


Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Columbus, OH is $95k - $100k/year & benefits (see below).



The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployment.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
  • Manage cloud environments across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and security.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline software delivery.
  • Implement configuration management and automation solutions.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Maintain application and infrastructure security standards.
  • Support disaster recovery, backup, and high-availability initiatives.

Preferred, but not required:

  • Experience with Microservices Architecture.
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps practices.
  • Exposure to SRE concepts and automation.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Relevant cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes) preferred.
