Recruiter (Arabic Speaking)

Role Overview

We are looking for an Arabic Speaking Recruiter (Jobsite will be in QATAR) with a strong background in candidate sourcing. This role is primarily focused on identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent across Arabic-speaking markets, with minimal involvement in onboarding activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and innovative sourcing techniques
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Conduct initial screening interviews in Arabic and English
• Partner with hiring managers to understand sourcing requirements and target profiles
• Utilize Boolean search and advanced sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates
• Maintain and update candidate databases and ATS systems
• Track sourcing metrics and provide regular reports
• Engage candidates proactively and build long-term relationships
• Stay updated on talent market trends and competitor activity
• Support employer branding initiatives through talent outreach

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years of experience in recruitment with strong focus on sourcing
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory)
• Proven expertise in sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Bayt etc.)
• Strong candidate engagement and networking skills
• Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
