We Are Hiring – Lighting Sales Engineer - Project Division.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Lighting Sales Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in lighting sales for the Projects Division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, pursue, and secure lighting project opportunities with consultants, contractors, and end clients.

• Prepare, submit, and follow up on technical and commercial proposals.

• Handle MAS approvals, documentation, and coordination for project compliance.

• Conduct product presentations, provide technical support, and propose suitable lighting solutions.

• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely deliveries.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and actively track ongoing project pipelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in lighting sales within project environments.

• Strong communication, negotiation skills, and technical understanding of lighting products.

• Proven track record in proposal preparation and MAS approval follow-ups.
