Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure that credit sanction proposals are processed in line with the Banks internal policies and applicable RBI guideline.
  • Verify that the Facility Letter is issued accurately along with all required documentation as per the Credit Approval Memo (CAM), ensuring full compliance with all stipulated credit conditions.
  • Perform quality check to verify that accurate data has been captured in system basis underlying CAM, various reports such as valuation report, title search report, RoC, CERCAI, stock audit report, security review memo etc.
  • Perform monitoring of various required exceptions tracking are reflecting in the exceptions tracking system.
  • Verification of Disbursement Notice processing as per laid down process and NIL Operational Loss/revenue leakage.
  • Perform various reconciliation / comparison basis data & reports to derive anomalies or any gaps.
  • Analysis of Stock Statement & Cash flows received from Business and DP computation for Fund Based facilities availed by client.
  • Verification of Drawing Power calculations and change in CBS in case of increase or decrease of Drawing Power with reference to Stock Statement.
  • Perform daily reconciliation of internal CASA accounts and general ledger (GL) balances, and identify and investigate any reconciliation breaks or unmatched entries.
  • Reconcile GST-related entries with the General Ledger and validate GST input/output data prior to system upload to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain MIS reports and conduct quality checks for the portfolio handled by the Corporate Administration Department.
