Role Description The Industry Expert (Blockchain & Crypto) is a part time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves designing and delivering engaging training sessions, masterclasses, and workshops on blockchain technologies, cryptocurrencies, and related Web3 concepts for students and early-career professionals. The Industry Expert will develop structured curricula, create learning materials, and stay current with industry trends, regulatory updates, and emerging tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include mentoring learners, answering technical queries, participating in content review, and collaborating with internal teams to align programs with industry needs. The role may also involve representing FACE Prep in events, webinars, and partner engagements focused on blockchain and crypto careers.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to explain complex blockchain and crypto concepts clearly, interpret market trends, and evaluate technical use cases.
• Proven experience in training, teaching, or mentoring, preferably in technology education or professional upskilling programs.
• Background in consulting or advisory work related to blockchain, cryptoassets, DeFi, or enterprise applications of distributed ledgers.
• Experience in sales or pre-sales for technology products or educational programs, with the ability to communicate value to diverse stakeholders.
• Project management skills to plan, execute, and improve training programs, workshops, and curriculum development initiatives.
• Hands-on knowledge of blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger, Solana), smart contracts, wallets, exchanges, and security best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical topics to non-expert audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; equivalent practical experience in blockchain and crypto is also valued.
• Ability to work on-site in Anekal, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced, learner-centric environment.
• Prior experience in edtech, corporate training, or curriculum design is an advantage.

Requirement

• The faculty should be available to handle 3 hours session in a week.
• Remuneration will be paid monthly
• Professionals working in industry who can spend 3 hours a week for the betterment of student community will be ideal.
