Ideal background

We are looking for engineers from tier-one product engineering companies—environments where software quality, scale, performance and product ownership are genuinely core to the business.

This opportunity is best suited to engineers who have built customer-facing platforms, SaaS products, marketplaces, fintech platforms, streaming products, gaming platforms, cloud platforms or other large-scale digital products.

The strongest candidates will typically come from high-performing product engineering environments where engineering standards are exceptionally high and software is developed, deployed and operated at scale.

This is not suited to engineers whose experience has primarily been within consulting, digital agencies, outsourcing, systems integration or internal corporate IT.

Location

This position is based in Melbourne.

Applicants must already be based in Melbourne (or relocating immediately) and have unrestricted Australian working rights.
