We connect a network of 40,000+ creators with some of the world's most recognised brands across beauty, tech, automotive, FMCG, and lifestyle, delivering influencer campaigns that build real audiences, drive meaningful engagement, and convert.
We operate globally, combining proprietary technology with expert strategy and hands-on campaign management. Our clients include globally recognised brands like Adobe, Nike, Marks and Spencer, Dyson and Samsung, who trust us to deliver best-in-class creator programs at scale.
How We Work
We're a hybrid team based out of Sydney, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office. We're collaborative by nature, flexible by design, and serious about doing great work.
This role may require flexibility to work when needed, to support collaboration with global stakeholders.
Job Summary
We’re hiring a mid-level Product Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of features and product enhancements. You’ll work within a cross-functional squad including engineering and key stakeholders across the global business. This is a delivery focused role - you’ll be accountable for moving ideas from concept to launch with precision and quality.
You’ll work closely with engineering to shape user-centric solutions and ensure the work is technically sound and efficiently delivered. With a new strategy in place, you’ll bring the roadmap to life by defining, refining and driving features through the development lifecycle, and evolving the focus on data-driven decisions and functionality.
Key responsibilities
While no two days are the same, your key responsibilities will be:
Product Discovery & Definition
- Collaborate closely with Eng to validate ideas through prototypes, user feedback and usability testing
- Translate product briefs and roadmap initiatives into clearly defined features and user stories
- Run lightweight discovery activities to refine scope
Documentation & Planning
- Gather and document feature requirements through engagement with stakeholders
- Write and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting documentation
- Assist in release documentation, internal handovers and product enablement content
Delivery & Execution
- Partner with engineers to clarify scope, answer questions and ensure high-quality feature delivery
- Document and coordinate change management and go-live preparation
- Track timelines, blockers and dependencies to work on schedule
Stakeholder Management
- Communicate progress, scope changes and release plans to stakeholders across Commercial, Customer Success and Product teams
- Collect feedback from internal users and incorporate learnings into future iterations
Who You Are
- 2-5 years experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced tech environment
- Demonstrated experience owning features end-to-end across discovery, delivery and launch
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and documentation skills
- Collaborative and curious - able to bridge the gap between technical teams and the wider business
- Bonus: experience with influencer marketing, ad tech, creator platforms or digital marketplaces
How we work:
How we show up matters as much as what we deliver and that's shaped by five values we actually live by:
- Camaraderie — We win as a team, not as individuals. This role sits inside a collaborative delivery team, and your success is bound up with theirs.
- Curiosity — We seek truth, not validation. We ask hard questions of briefs, data, and ourselves.
- Candor — We say the hard thing early. With clients, with each other, with the work.
- Ownership — No passengers. You own your accounts, your outcomes, and your growth.
- Momentum — Speed matters. Progress over perfection, always.
What We Offer
A dynamic and collaborative team that values impact over ego.
Flexible, hybrid working environment.
Opportunity to shape and scale a core business function.
Competitive salary and benefits, and real room to grow
Equal Opportunity
Vamp is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to building an inclusive environment where everyone can do their best work. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences — and we make our hiring process as accessible as possible. If you need any adjustments along the way, just let us know.
