Role Summary

Our client is seeking a Product Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital product initiatives within one of their core product domains. The role requires partnering closely with senior product leadership, design, engineering, and data teams to interpret and execute strategic priorities. The product manager will balance discovery, delivery, and iteration, ensuring high-quality, accessible tools that support the organisation's mission to deliver reliable, user-focused support for people with disability and older Australians.

With strong, demonstrable experience working on acquisition/retention of people who are providing the services, as well as overall marketplace liquidity on the supply side.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end product delivery from initial discovery through to launch and ongoing iteration.
  • Translate business strategy into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure accessible, reliable, and high-quality product experiences.
  • Partner with user research teams to uncover customer pain points through qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Monitor product performance metrics; identify opportunities for optimisation and growth.
  • Maintain high standards for product safety, usability, and compliance, contributing to continuous process enhancement.

About You

  • Demonstrable experience in product management, with skills & experience including seller acquisition, user acquisition, or other supply-side marketplace growth experience relating to acquisition / retention
  • Able to work with ambiguity and can bring structure to evolving environments
  • Outcome-oriented rather than focused only on deliverables
  • Calmness and a steady presence are important cultural traits
  • Strong product sense and data-driven thinking are important, including being able to reason through product and estimation problems
  • Proven ability to translate strategic priorities into clear development plans.
  • Experience with data-driven decision-making, metrics analysis, and experimentation.
  • Strong stakeholder management with excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a demonstrated capacity for building impactful, accessible products.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-evolving, collaborative, Agile environment.
  • Relevant qualifications such as Agile certifications or product management credentials are desirable.
  • Monetisation experience is a nice-to-have, as is healthcare
