Project Manager

Project Manager | Commercial Construction | $180K-$200K + Super | Sydney

I'm currently working with an established Sydney commercial builder that's coming off the back of a hugely successful FY26 and, as a result of a growing secured pipeline, is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager.

Originally established as a spin-off from a major Tier 1 contractor, the business combines the systems and professionalism of a larger contractor with the agility and culture of a growing builder.

The Business

• Delivering approximately $100m annually in Sydney, with a further $100m turnover in Queensland
• Typical project values ranging from $5m-$30m
• Current flagship project is a major high-profile refurbishment within an NRL stadium
• Diverse project portfolio including commercial, industrial, hospitality, retail, wellness and complex refurbishment
• Projects located across Sydney CBD, Eastern Suburbs and Inner West
• Highly experienced leadership team including a General Manager and Construction Manager with 20+ years Tier 2 experience, alongside an Operations Manager who has progressed internally through the business over the past seven years

To be considered, you'll ideally have:

• 2+ years' experience as a Project Manager within the Australian commercial construction market
• A background delivering projects within the $5m-$30m range
• Ideally started your career as a Contract Administrator before progressing into Project Management
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• A genuine desire to join a business that is continuing to grow while maintaining a strong culture

Salary

• $180,000-$200,000 + Super, with flexibility for exceptional candidates.
