🎯 What You’ll Do


We are looking for our next Product Manager EMEA ANZ to help drive profitable growth across a regional portfolio of trusted brands.

This role offers the opportunity to shape product strategy, lead new product development activity, and work closely with cross-functional teams across Europe.


Key Responsibilities


Product Strategy & Portfolio Management

  • Own the product roadmap for assigned categories and product lines.
  • Define product requirements through customer insight, market research, and competitive analysis.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from idea generation through to end-of-life.
  • Support pricing and platform strategy in partnership with Finance, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Monitor SKU count and excess and obsolete inventory performance.
  • Identify market research needs and lead relevant research initiatives.
  • Contribute to the global strategic development of the business unit.


New Product Development & Launch Execution

  • Co-ordinate daily activity with the Product Director, Engineering, Brand, Product Commercialization, and Regional Commercial teams to ensure timely and effective product launches.
  • Align all new product introductions and launches with agreed Brand and Channel strategies.
  • Ensure regional teams are kept informed of the product roadmap using agreed tools and processes, including Gate Process, API Tracker, Market Needs Assessment, and NP Pipeline.
  • Drive packaging requirements and support the development of launch materials.
  • Create, adapt, and co-ordinate launch support tools such as POS merchandisers and product content in partnership with the Brand & Communications team.
  • Support customer line reviews, presentations, and customer visits as required.
  • Act as a key link between product development teams and sales teams.


Cross-Functional Collaboration & Market Expertise

  • Develop user research guides and conduct end-user research to support the product development lifecycle.
  • Build strong category expertise across assigned product areas and regions.
  • Consolidate regional product information and research to support decision-making.
  • Partner with the Training team to develop effective training modules for new products.
  • Build strong working relationships across the supply chain to ensure a thorough understanding of the business and its processes.
  • Participate in weekly and monthly reporting meetings.


👷👷 Who You Are


Technical Skills

  • 5–10 years of experience in product development and/or marketing
  • Significant experience in product and/or marketing role
  • Proven experience successfully managing channels and/or customers
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical ability
  • Ability to use, demonstrate and show key features and benefits of all products to both sales and marketing teams, retail customers and end users.


Professional Skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
  • Presentation skills - to be able to create and present to both small and large audiences
  • Confidence working with technical and cross-functional teams
  • The ability to collaborate effectively across remote and international teams
  • English fluent mandatory, a second language is appreciated
