We're a team of developers who love clean code, appreciate good snacks, and are convinced that almost any problem can be solved with a well-placed commit (or, in an emergency, a fresh restart).

Here's the twist: we don’t want to build software the way we did five years ago. We want to build the next generation of our web application with AI agents in the loop every single day. Agentic coding isn't a buzzword we drop into standups – it's how we will work. We will pair with coding agents, push them well past their comfort zone, and figure out what great engineering actually means.

The catch? We refuse to let quality slide. Fast and sloppy is easy. Fast and excellent is the game we're playing – and we'd love your help raising the bar.

What you'll do

• You build modern, maintainable frontend features in Vue and TypeScript – clean, well-tested, and a pleasure to work in.

• You work hand in hand with AI coding agents: prompting, reviewing, course-correcting, and learning where they shine and where they fall flat on their face.

• You help define what "good" looks like in an agentic workflow – the guardrails, review habits, and quality standards that keep us fast without making a mess.

• You take real ownership of meaningful parts of the product and ship them end to end.

• You spot the limits of our current tooling and approach, then help push past them – and write up what you learn so the whole team gets smarter.

• You collaborate closely with the dev team, product, and consulting, because the best frontend doesn't happen in a vacuum.
  
  

Your profile

• Strong frontend skills with solid, hands-on experience in Vue and TypeScript.

• A real eye for quality: you care about clean code, sensible architecture, and easily usable products.

• Genuine curiosity about agentic coding – you don't just want to use AI tools, you want to find out how far they can go.

• The confidence to take ownership of a central part of a product and run with it.

• A healthy dose of skepticism: you let the AI write code, but you verify, review, and never ship something you don't understand.

• You communicate well in English. German is helpful, but absolutely not a requirement.
