🏢 Role Context

This role sits within a global planning transformation programme deploying advanced planning solutions across manufacturing sites and lab operations.

Working alongside the Planning Solution Lead, you'll drive the execution of system deployments, ensuring sites are ready and that planning improvements are embedded in daily operations.

This is a hands-on role, coordinating deployments and tracking progress across a complex, regulated environment, not a strategy position.

🎯 What You Will Do

• Support deployment of advanced planning tools (OMP-led) across manufacturing and QC lab environments
• Coordinate site readiness: data, process alignment, training, go-live prep
• Track deployment progress, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple sites
• Support testing, UAT, cutover, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilisation
• Partner with planners, supply chain, lab ops, IT, and vendors
• Translate operational planning needs into practical delivery actions
• Support site-level adoption and standardisation of planning processes
• Maintain governance artefacts (plans, trackers, status reporting)
• Support continuous improvement across deployment waves

✅ What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in manufacturing planning, supply chain, or production scheduling
• Background in pharmaceuticals/biotech
• Proven experience supporting system deployments or planning transformations
• Practical understanding of production scheduling, capacity planning, and supply-demand balancing in regulated environments
• Experience with advanced planning systems (OMP preferred; SAP, Kinaxis relevant)
• Strong project coordination, governance, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable in an execution-focused role across multi-site rollouts and lab/manufacturing environments
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
